Unknown armed men attacked father and son Vojislav and Srdjan Filipovic in Kuzmin near Kosovo Polje and stole their automobile while shooting in the air.

Filipovic said that the bandits pointed a pistol at his head, then hit him and ejected him from the automobile before driving off in the direction of the village of Belacevac, inhabited exclusively by Albanians.

Previously a group of attackers attempted to rob the Cirkovic family from the same village.

The bandits first stole a Jugo 45 with Kosovo license plates from the yard of Danica Milosevic and drove off in the direction of the village of Kuzmin. They ran out of gas as they were leaving the village and they abandoned the vehicle, pushing it to the side of the road.

Kosovo Police Service spokesman Veton Elshani confirmed the automobile theft. He said that three armed men forcibly took a Polo while shooting in the air.

"No one was injured, and an investigation is in progress," added Elshani.
