Refugees' return to Kosovo is their unalienable right - Lavrov

ROME, December 27 (Itar-Tass) -- The return of refugees to Kosovo must be linked to nothing but their natural right to be back to their homes, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told the media.

 

Russia wants "resolution 1244 of the U.N. Security Council to be observed in practice."

 

"The Serbs must be allowed to feel security, to feel they have all rights, including the freedom of speech," Lavrov said.
